It is a great little hotel close to the busy Shinjuku district. It is a business hotel so it is understandable that the size is small as usual. We only had a one night stay here and it was fine. Nothing fancy but perfectly fine, well located to get to the hub-bub of night time Shinjuku. The room was quite small but sufficient for us.
