Overall it was clean and about 15 mins walk from JR Shinjuku but the room wasn't so good. The bathroom was very small and had various cigarette burns staining the suite. This place is basically a small business hotel. As others have said, no frills, hit or miss customer service. Kinda like a big motel. Stayed here 7 nights total.
