This hotel is ok, quite affordable for Tokyo and in a central location near Shinjuku Station. They provide detailed instructions on how to walk there from the station, it is down a small laneway but Tokyo is very safe so it's fine. The rooms are very small but most are in Tokyo! Booked it through "Hostelworld" who had the best rates and was easy to compare with other hostels/inns. We were across the street from the Gay district and several blocks east of Shinjuku station, just past Kabukicho. There is a coin laundry place one block away and 7-Elevens/other konbiniya. Great Location for a short stay- would not want to be there more than 1-2 nights as: very small rooms--probably average for japan standards. Classified as a business hotel. Value for money was very good...under $100AUd for 1 nights stay. very close to Shinjuku station- about 5 mins walk. very close to heaps of resturants and nightlife area of shinjuku.... more
