All I can say is that Khaosan Tokyo Annex is NOT clean at all. I've switched bed three times during my four daysstay, and I found bed bugs, mosquitos and who knows what else must have been there. The room is quite small but clean. The staffs are helpful. If you plan to stay for long, you can stay for free (living room) by working with them for 2-3 hrs a day. The hostel is clean, and functional. If that's all you want, then it does the job. Things to bear in mind: - Rooms are small, and sound proofing is poor - The walls are plastered with rules and regulations which makes it hard to relax - The hostel charge a significant amount to sit in the common area after checkout.... more

We arrived to Khaosan Original to be told we were staying at Smile to be told we were in the annex around the corner. First we were left to go upstairs to the room and put the code in the door.
