The hotel was very cheap and very conveniently located - about 2-3min walk from Otsuka station. The room I stayed in was tiny but clean and with all the basic amenities. It was a perfect over-night stop-over to stay overnight in Tokyo on the way home from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful.
