This is a very nice hotel. The employees were very nice and polite especially Ms. 森松　is very nice and helpful to Chinese speaking customers. I would like to stay at your hotel again when I get chances to visit Tokyo. The only thing unexpected is the price for Saturday is too high compared with hotels around. Thanks again.

Hotel is located just few minutes walk away from Meijiro station (direct train to ikebukuro, ueno, harajuku etc). Easy to locate as it is near McDonalds. This hotel is excellent, it's a min walk to the Yamamoto line which means you can use your Japan rail to get to most tourist attractions. Wifi works perfectly in the rooms and lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

good, friendly welcome, breakfast good, bed very comfortable, free wifi, no non japanese TV though, which did not bother me. very close to rail station, quiet, clean, just as one would want. I would recommend to any one. My room was quite small, as a single, but was efficiently organised. Stayed five nights.

Conveniently located on the Yamanote line. Efficient and friendly staff who helped us to make travel bookings and hire bicycles. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Good English spoken. Clean & quiet rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Rooms are small compared to a western equivalent, but perfectly adequate for the price.

I stayed with a 6 month old baby. The room was bigger than most other business hotels I have stayed in and the walls seemed to be thicker as I heard no other guests during my three day stay. First time stayed in the Richmond hotel chain, quite small room size, but very convenience location, easy access to the JR station. Like their payment system, you paid via the vending machine with your room key, nice idea. Have a few cafe or restaurants near by no need to worry about breakfast.
