Stayed in this hotel 3 years in a row. The room always clean. Everything in it works. Front desk service is friendly and efficient. Very convenient location with many restaurants, shops, train and subway stations.

Best things about the Hotel-3 mins from Ueno station[though mind you,its a bit of a walk from the Iriya exit gate to out of the station,one might want to count that].
