Pros: The hotel locates close to the JR and subway stations. But caution for those with lots of luggage, JR station (Asakusabashi) has neither escalator nor elevator. The subway has them. We stayed here for 2 nights in March and it was perfectly adequate. Very easy to station, convenient lawsons in the basement, laundry facilities, I think you could even borrow a bike if you wanted to. Modern design (which I gather is rare in Japan) - just fine if you are a European wanting to do Japan on the cheap.
