Great price! Very clean with room cleaning evry 2 days. Showers and toilets are very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 6 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. A bit far from central Tokyo, but local trains and subways in Japan are cheap and fast. The area in which it is located is not very appropriate for... More

Charming, this hotel is not really. It looks more like a business hotel with no soul for the common areas (almost 10 floors). Located in Minamisenju, a north-east Tokyo borough where many homeless live (however they do never bother you). Here are the only negative points. Now in terms of positive, there are many: after the reception the 1st floor... More

Great hotel with a hostel vibe. Staff and guests so friendly, which made my stay here brilliant. Rooms were clean, with great amenities. Location was good, slightly out of the 'happening' parts of the city, but you have everything you need close by like supermarkets, local shops, and you also feel less like a tourist. All round great hotel for... More

I'm so happy with this hotel. If I ever come back to Japan I will stay in this hotel again. The price is so cheap for the kind of hotel that it is. It has everything you may need: computers with free wifi connection at lobby; free lockers, vending machines, microwave, showers, japanese bath., laundry, elevator. It's very big, 10 floors,... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times through the years and just had an overnight stay a few days ago. They do well to cater to English speaking clientele as the location is a working class area of Tokyo. It's not pretty around the hotel and some locals tell me the area is bad but it's not like you're in... More

Room is reasonable sized unless you are way over six feet tall. Superb house keeping. Common baths/toilets is very clean,( close to being sterile ) The nearest Tokyo subway station is MINAMI SENJU ( H20) . Its about 15 minutes walk. If you are arriving with heavy luggages, DONT WALK.You need to climb stairs, cross several roads to reach JUYOH... More

After my nightmarish experience at Mayflower Roppongi, this hotel was good enough for me. It's old but clean. You get one Japanese-style room to yourself. Communal toilets and boiling water/tea facilities on every floor. Bathrooms on some floors only. Free use of shower foam, shampoo & hairdryer. You get towels & bathing robe. Limited channels on TV. There's a convenience... More

I stayed at the Juyoh for a short 4 night stay in Tokyo during cherry blossom season, my only time ever in Japan. After three months of travelling around Asia, I very much appreciated the my own single room. It was clean, the bed was nice, the windows open and I liked the slippers and sleeping kimono. There were rarely... More

I highly recommend staying at Juyoh to anyone looking for an affordable place that offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable trip. Juyoh Hotel has many benefits and a great place for a couple or single person to stay. Benefits are: 1. tea and hot water readily available. This saved me money as I did not have to buy... More
