We've been to Tokyo last april. This hotel is simply fantastic! It is obviously small, but everythin was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. And Ueno is a nice place to stay. The obvious advantages of this hotel have already been emphasised by other TA members: convenient location close to Ueno rail stations and park, reasonably price, good, authentically Japanese breakfasts, clean and comfortable.
