Yes, if you need frequent visit to Tokyo Big Sight, it's definitely a good choice. Shinagawa seaside station(rinkai line) and Jusco(AEON) just right infront of the hotel. 10 minutes walk if you wan to take Tokyo metro. Need to do transit if you would like to travel with JR line.

Hotel rooms are small, but clean and very cheap. Friendly staff and fantastic location with train station directly accross the road!! Also accross the road is a Burger King and a few little shops and patisseries. Also just a 10 minute walk away is McDonalds and Mr Donut, also a few little Japanese restaurants. Would stay again.
