Quite a basic hotel. The standard semi-double rooms, very clean by the way, are rather small -- 18 sq.m, so it most probably won't suite you if you and your partner plan spending the whole day in the hotel room. Although walls seem to be quite thin, soundproofing is great -- you don't hear a sound from outside your room....

convenient and comfortable it is very close to Osaki Station. Coffee is free and there is a nice TV in a room. Some people say the restaurant is not good for breakfast, because it is a little bit expensive. If you have a breakfast, you should enter Osaki Station and find the restaurant "Beckers". They have reasonable price breakfast menus.
