This small independent hotel is located between Illetas and Palma which could be a downside but in fact opens up Portal Nous and Illetas as good options for eating and drinking. A nice pool, good coffee and reasonable breakfast. Those are the highlights. The tired decor, sub-standard cleanliness and lack of any standard facilities (no lift, minibar, storage, room service or even telephone (?!)) really hold this place back. Hotel Zhero doesn't really cut it. It wants to be the Puro but just manages to be an echoing, tarted -up ex-hostel. Granted the pool was the deciding factor (the closest one we could get to the centre of town) but unless you're going to live by it during your stay it's not really worth sacrificing the lack of room... more

Just returned today having spent 4 delightful day break in the area visiting Palma (£1.25 pp by bus which stops yards from the hotel, so forget the "expensive "taxi.) Area and Western Majorca.
