Third time at this hotel. Last year it was closed. They said it was to become a luxury hotel. However it has become much grubbier. Breakfast was never that good but it has got worse. I was booked into the Lux Mar apartments which were full so got moved here which is the same group of hotels. the standard of cleaning is terrible, the floors in the room were grubby, the bathroom & balcony had not been swept for what looked like, weeks, the aircon was a joke, & we had to ask reception 4 times in 1 day to get the sink & toilet cleaned,& give us toilet roll & soap, which eventually happend at 10pm.... more
