It is definitely not a 4 Star Hotel. We arrived at 11.00pm at night. We couldn't even get a glass of water. The bars were closed and the room didn't have a bottle of water in them. No one assisted you to your room and it's a huge complex. Very difficult to find apartments. In the evening everything closed up... more

We have now visited both Insotel Club Tarida Beach and the Insotel Punta Prima (Menorca) ...as we always read trip advisor thought we ought to give our view too!
