I have recently stayed at Twelve in the XX1 suite. Fantastic. I also ate at the West restaurant, again fantastic, and breakfast downstairs in the bar, fantastic. The staff are all polite and friendly and are very knowledgable. If you have a chance make sure you stay at this hotel!!! I will be back!!! More

We ate here over new year with our parents. Internal decor modern and welcoming yet cosy. It was quite noisy with lots of kids but not unbearable.
