Never did we feel as cheated as while checking into this so called 4-star hotel. We arrived on a day when outside temperature was soaring 30C and were desperately looking forward to relaxing into our room. Incredible hotel. Staff in reception couldn´t be more helpful. The breakfast at the top of the hotel with views of the lake .... superb.
