When traveling to Greece, we are looking to find something genuine, yet close to the amenities. If you are searching for the real feel of greece, ,staying at Hotel Rachel presents both. In the morning, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast. Next, a 2 minute walk behind the Hotel, a wonderful beach appears. When your thirst is quenched of swimming... more

Maria greeted us with open arms.... My friend and I drank a bit too much one evening, missed breakfast! She had our cure, a nice coffee frappe thing! Delicious! She was happy to talk with us and give us a bit of advice regarding the area! Thanks so much Maria!!! The hotel itself is small and quaint, I really liked... more

The owners of the Hotel Rachel are extremely helpful. The hotel is run by a brother and sister who go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. John helped us charter a sailboat with the local sailing school, called the owners of the quad rental place for us when we didn't get it back in time,... more

Very good location. The room is VERY small and so is the bathroom. At least the terrace is very big. The breakfast could be better. Agia Marina is a perfect please to relax and recuperate if the weather is hot. When not, it can be a bit boring. People are friendly and helpful. Food was heavenly. I will definitely return. more

Very beautiful and clean hotel near the beach, with great view by the see. Mr Giannis and Mrs Maria are very kind and ready to help you in whatever you may need. They make you feel like being home! P.S. The breakfast that the hotel offers is of great value, don't miss it! more

We wrapped up a three week trip to Greece and Israel (exluding our very last night) with two nights in Aegina. The hotel hosts, John and Maria, were very helpful and friendly. The first week in June was relatively quiet, and John gave us a ride to the Temple of Aphias rather than waiting for the bus. (I'm sure he... more

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. Initially I was a bit disappointed with the room but that is because I had unrealistic expectations, this is not a five star but to be honest I have stayed in 4 stars that are not as nice as this hotel. The room was a bit on the small side... more
