Rooms are clean and nicely decorated - the welcome is warm and friendly. If you are looking for a simple place to spend a night or two without paying hotel prices, you will not be disappointed here. It's a good idea to offer a light breakfast as I often resent paying for a full English when I just want some cereal and toast - Sue does offer this as an extra though! more

Our son was training at Bassingbourn Barracks and we had to find a B&B in Royston.
We stayed at Magnolia House with Sue Cook.
There were 4 of us ...and we stayed in her family room. It was beautiful...with high standards of cleanliness and decor.
Nothing was any trouble and the cooked breakfasts were amazing !!!! We sat in Sues garden and made friends with her 2 springer spaniels ...Harry and Norman ! (Fab wee dogs!)
Excellent value for money ...beautiful house and Sue is a genuinely friendly person who looks after you while in Royston !
A BIG thank you to her for an enjoyable stay . more
