We walked from Royston along public footpath and found ourselves at the Fox and Duck. It was a lovely sunny day and the pub was busy. We hadn't booked a table but we were greeted and shown one straight away. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Been here for a meal twice both times we had very good food and service. Food excellent for a pub, taste and presentation very professional. Nice atmosphere, will go again.Best fish and chips in Hertfordshire.
