This is a charming 12 room "small 3 star" hotel with an excellent restaurant.
It is situated in a very charming suburb village outside of Paris. When you walk and drive around Le Visinet you can see that this is a very high end "old money" preserve that is leafy clean and quiet.
The hotel itself is quite small 3 storeys with an elevator. Rooms are small but immaculate and quiet. Room 21 overlooks the street and you get the sense that you are back in 1940 with the quiet village square outside dominated by the 1862 Catholic Church St Marguerite. I was worried that my room would be noisy being just off the square but at night this place is silent. Not quiet....silent!
There is a small dept store close by as well as incredible restaurants and a number of shops besides the bakery and the cheese shop.
The train station is a short walk from the hotel and you can be in Paris within 20 minutes. If you like Marriott’s and Hiltons you will be...
