The Barford Inn is a good old English pub, with great food. Evening meals are a very nice treat, and the service is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We found this place by chance, and what good luck. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. The food was great and the bar had a very nice atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, and everything was good value for money. We really enjoyed our night there - sorry we did not have longer. more

Ok I admit I only used the pub to have a drink on a Friday and Saturday night, but I thought the place was great. The beer tasted excellent (Badger) and the friendly customers made the time I spent in the pub very memorable. Hopefully I will get a chance to visit again soon, but next time I will stay... more
