We stayed here for one night because its conveniently located close to the Orangutan sanctuary, so you can easily go visit at both feeds when they are more active. Rooms are basic but large and clean. Food was good if a little basic. More

In fairness the rooms are lovely. Well our chalet was huge and modern. The food was only so so and our orders were mixed up. There was a lady at front desk who was really unpleasant and mean which was a bit uncalled for on Christmas day. Won't be staying again. More

We only stayed one night and wished we had longer. The staff were helpfull and friendly. The rooms were individual chalet types. Very adequate aircon. My family and I enjoyed three nights at Sepilok Nature Resort in September. The resort consists of a very nice reception and restaurant area, surrounded by fairy basic but comfortable air-conditioned huts set in very pretty gardens around a sizeable lake.
