The room was seedy. Damp, musty smelling. The television had no buttons left, you had to stick your finger in the hole to turn on and off. No dresser in room. Sliding glass door with no lock. Cockroachs.

Great Hotel but please note that there are two Puerta Del Sol Hotels, one in the city (not recommended for a vacation - Business Hotel) and one on Boulevard Playa El Agua (the Beach). The Hotel on Boulevard Playa El Agua is ideally located to the beach and a nearby Flea Market.

Everything was just fine the Hotel food was very tasty and the staff really pleasant.Julio a stall member played volleyball with us in the pool he was very helpfull,and the night shows was very funny they danced really well.I give them a huge Thumbs up and thanks for everything hope to visit again soon.

Im a female in my 20's and went to the island solo. The hotel was great but to be honest, I wasnt there much.
