Absolutely frightful stay at this "hotel". Grubby room and dodgy shower. The conservatory windows haven't had a clean since Father Christmas was a little boy. We have just returned from a wedding at the Shurland Hotel. On arrival the staff we friendly . The room was adequate although there was no fridge ( a must for a diabetic carrying insulin ).
