Stayed here when we arrived too late in Budapest to get connecting ground transportation.
Rooms are clean and sufficient. However, a bit expensive. We payed 15,500 Hungarian Forint for one night's stay (which was equivalent to $100 at the time). You can find better deals in the best locations of Budapest (see St. Peter's Apartments). However, if you've been travelling a long time and you have children, this is a great place to rest near the airport.
The help at the front desk is variable, but 24/7. Variable meaning that we got very nice help and then someone who wasn't very helpful.
The breakfast is included with the room (for 2) and was pretty good with regards to variety of food available. The friendly cook will make you a custom omelette as well. Quality of food was not the best (probably came straight from Tesco), but included cheeses, breads, cereals, juice, meats, and eggs.
