The Villa Malpensa is a beautiful hotel, and we have stayed there twice. However, we will not return. The desk staff is among the worst we have encountered in over 30 trips to Europe. The Villa Malpensa is a beautiful hotel. The architecture is really beautiful. However, my personal experience yesterday wasn't as spectacular as some reviews I've read.
