Studio room was very spacious and clean. Great kitchen and lounge area although TV not in the best position and not great TV reception. Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent position and facilities. more

Second time I stayed at this hotel. My father has been very ill at St Vincents hospital. They have been great and couldn't have helped us anymore. Managed to extend our stay and when we finally checked out early there were no extra charges. All the staff made us very welcome over a very stressful time for my family. more

I was quite happy with our stay at the Metropole Hotel earlier this year. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Also very clean. I must say, the customer service was quite disappointing. I found the reception staff to be rude and abrupt. Other than this small problem, I thought the hotel was lovely and would recommend it. more

We booked in last minute to a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was well appointed with all you could want. Very clean and good sized apartment. Kitchen was well decked out with oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Location was very convenient. Enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend to anyone. more
