The hotel was filthy, the carpets had stains and holes, the bath wasn't clean. Very noisy, because of the road just beside the hotel. Breakfast was good, the view from the window - terrific!

We're very sorry you didn't have a good time in our hotel. We're always trying our best to satisfy our customers. We got renovation work in 2008 and in 2011 to improve the best we can and we will continue to do our best as much as we can.

We stayed here for one night this past September (on our way to Sion) and the view was wonderful. Our room had french doors that opened onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. We sat there with a glass of wine in the evening.
The room seemed recently renovated, clean and nicely decorated.

We visited the hotel in August 2010.....just as a stop over for 2 nights on our way from France to Prague. The hotel is located in Melide, the location is excellent if you want to explore Lugano region. The hotel itself, however, is very dated. The rooms are clean but rather dull....treat just as a place to sleep over. Good...

We stayed at this Hotel for only one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. It is more on the lines of serving only bed and breakfast, but the location is outstanding and the breakfast is really good.
