We stayed here for one night in late May and we recommend it highly. We had a room with a balcony with a view to Lake Lucerne, it was beautiful. The room was a fair size and the bathroom was average. My daughter-age 26- and I spent 5 nights here and had a very good experience. The checkin was easy. English spoken well. Our room had all the necessary features, including wifi.
