I gave up after Brittany Ferries recommended them and the price was hiked along with the nasty approach of staff/ I came back again this year. We travelled as 2 couples. Booked rooms in the old section which was a renovated outbuilding. Rooms nicely furnished & decorated but the hairdrier in one didn't work & the tea facilities shelf was coming away from the wall in the other.
