I booked this because of its proximity to the motorway and am always sceptical about bad reviews so was prepared to give it a go. What a mistake. Rooms were small stuffy and velux didn't open easily. The curtain fell off. Shower opening so small it was hard to get in and bathroom claustrophobic in the eaves. Reception only open... More

The website for this hotel leads you to believe there is a restaurant. We were directed to teh Buffalo Grill in nearby Troyes. Allocated to an attic room, with a tiny skylight for light and air, we stuggled to find the light switch in the bathroom - a tiny room where you had to take care not to bang your... More

I booked this hotel with some trepidation because of the (mainly old) reviews, but all we wanted was a bed, bog and shower close to the autoroute. Well that's what we got. The rooms were small, but clean. The hotel looks like it's been done up recently and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. No English is spoken, but... More

On arrival i was told that the ground floor room I requested was "not available" despite the fact that there was only one other guest at the hotel! I asked for some ice which was "not available". The promised internet connection was "not available". We were in room 16 a tiny space in the roof, it was grubby, not exactly... More

This place is more like a motel than hotel, with no facilities for food or drink & the pool seems to be closed most of the time. The staff are rude, arrogant, deceitful and when pushed become angry and agressive. Although I had prepaid for 1 night, my family and I refused to stay anyway & are currently in a... More

I actually didn't stay at this hotel! I booked it based on the description on the Internet. The first problem was that I was travelling with a dog from souther Spain to England, so wanted to book hotels with restaurants so I could eat whilst leaving the dog in the room within easy reach in case of problems. I also... More

Having just returned from a stay at this hotel I felt compelled to write a review so that no one else had to put up with the level of accommodation we have endured. Having arrived hot dusty and thirsty we were shown a tiny room only 30 feet from the main A19 road. The window was open and the noise... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our outward journey and 2 nights on our return journey. The hotel’s website gave the impression that it would be a comfortable hotel with a restaurant that provided good quality and reasonably priced food. Although the hotel had few clients when we visited, we were allocated a room... More
