Troyes is a very lovely city. Although this hotel is not at the center, it is an ideal place for those travelling by car. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is very good.Price;very economic.

I found the service to be very friendly and family-like, though the accommodation itself seemed to be a bit.. clinical? The building felt like an ex-nursing home, which was just sort of unpleasant. For the price, though, I think I'd stay there again, since there was nothing terribly wrong with the place, it just wasn't a NICE place is all.

Check location on a seperate map, it is easier to find than their own map depicts! Each room has its own theme and hotel is set in a relaxing garden location, about 10 minutes to centre of Troyes. Very comfortable rooms and spotless bathroom.

Citotel is not a chain of luxury hotels -- they just offer decent accommodation for a decent price. But the lack of luxury is largely compensated for by the friendliness of the service. Guests are made to feel "part of the family".
