We had a very nice week but the swimming pool which was meant to be heated was 25C for a few days and then 18C. Not warm enough for a swim in April and we probably wouldn't have gone with 5 children if we had known. We did email P & V for an explanation but received no reply.
Each experience is individual, but I don't recognize the negative reviews posted. It may be time of year or something.
The apartment was well kitted out and clean - small but quite comfortable and a great view over the bay. We chose to stay in Le Hameau... a little out of the main village for quietness, but and easy walk...

Over hyped, vastly under delivered. Resort services over capacity, insufficient loungers or even space for a towel at pools. Room was terrible.
