It was my third stay at Montcaud. Why would I come back to a place? because it is a jewel. The owner greats the guests personally when checking in and on departure. The restaurant is unusual in it's food quality and service

We stayed at the Chateau for 5 nights with 2 small kids. The service was outstanding. We were expecting Relais Chateau standards but unfortunately they were not forthcoming. The intenet was too slow to download a movie and was not available in the room. The fitness centre doubled as a tiny tot creche. The gym machines were out of date and in poor maintenance. The grounds photograph well but omit the sound of the nearby road... More
