This was our 4th year camping here, and I have to say we felt rather let down...Whilst we still enjoyed the location and the size of the campsite, the facilities were not kept up to scratch....the toilets were not cleaned as often as they were last year and there never seemed to be any toilet paper....the waiting staff at the... I can't believe some of the comments that people have written about this site....this year will be our family's third year camping at Californie Plage, we have enjoyed ourselves immensely....the one comment about there not being a beach - think you got the wrong campsite......Californie has two small beaches which are fantastic for families with young children as it means... More

We went there for a short trip with a small tent. The pitch space was very big, good heated swimming pool and big outdoor water park 5 minutes walk from the camping. Unfortunately there's no beach: tou have to walk a bit to find some sand. If you don't have a car you need a bike to go to Vias... More

The website says Vias Plage, but it is not situated in Vias Plage but about 10 minutes drive away and the beach is far from the quality of the "real" Vias Plage, which is wide and friendly for children.
