We have stayed in this hotel many times before but not for a few years. It has gone down dreadfully. The staff were very nice and welcoming? We were shown into our room on the top floor even though we were the only guests there.the room was basic and bland. Not charm like most French logis hotels. The restaurant was... More

In all my 40 years of travelling through France I have stayed in many hotels like this but they were not Logis. Logis standards have fallen. Accomodation was unbelievably basic. Even though we arrived by 1630hrs we were unable to book a table at the restaurant. That is not Logis hospitality or standards. I have now decided to not use... More

Very basic (hostel like) bedrooms. Terrible quality fittings- bed collapsed, towel rail fell off etc. Food disgusting- having spent 3 days in France I did not get to eat a proper baguette only a par-baked one that I could get back home!! Staff miserable and rude. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again!

This was the most expensive of the three Logis de France hotels we stayed in. The room was good, perhaps the best of the three, and you can walk to a wonderful beach in only half an hour, but dinner - usually the highlight of these hotels - was way below par.

My husband and I have stayed in a number of Logis Hotels throughout France, and until our stay at Camiers, have always been very satisfied. To start with, the picture on the website is very misleading, or at the very least taken some time ago, as the garden at the front of the hotel now looks very unkempt, and certainly... More

We stayed at this hotel with several families because of the good reputation of the restaurant. We were not let down, dinner is top quality. The rooms come in all shapes and sizes and there are several family rooms so you can stay with small children. Dogs are allowed which is also a plus. The rooms are very poorly furnished... More

We have stayed here several times. The rooms are functional and clean - though very hot in summer - get an upstairs room. The restaurant is excellent. The FREE car park is very secure and visible from the room. However, they cater for school parties who take over the whole upstairs floor. We have had three experoences, one good, one... More

I've stayed at this family-run place twice now, once with my immediate family and also with my elderly parents. The hotel is a little shabby and rather traditional, but is clean. The owners and staff are very polite. A major plus for familiies is that this place has a family room, with one double and one set of bunk beds.... More

Our room was pleasant and pretty, overlooking the hotel car park. There was a sign to the garden, which was a strip of grass at the side of the building used as a run and lavatory by a large dog, perhaps the owners'.You really had to watch where you put your feet. There were three sunbeds and we had to... More
