The 4* from this hotel are a wonder, how they are achieved.
The good: the hotel looks nice, inside is relatively clean. I'll explain below what "relatively" means. Service is ok, generally friendly. Beds where ok, although small.It's not worth it's price at all.
The bad: I stayed there with my partner for a night. The room had a view into the neighbour house, which was VERY close. Bathroom was quite small, with a shower "area", delimited by a curtain, because there was no shower tub. The "wellness paradise" is a joke, the size of an apartment. The steam bath did not work and the sauna had no control for temperature. There was no one from the hotel there to help the guests out. The only living things were 2 bugs at the showers. Big bugs. Then we wanted to try out a room that had the SPA sign on it. It was basically a bath tub and it wasn't even cleaned out after last visitors (as i said, there was no one from the hotel's team around). Bottles and... more
