Hotel Alize has great access for visiting WW1 battlefields. It's in a small town with restaurants and bars. The staff here are great and very helpful. We stayed here for three nights while touring battlefields with Just Go Travel on their 'In Flanders Fields' itinerary. Hotel Alize is off the main square where only bars are open after 6p.m. It is modern, clean and quiet. Staff helpful and keen to please. Evening meal simple but well cooked. I feel this hotels 4 star rating is overscored considering some of the excellent hotels in London struggle to reach this accolade.
