The visit started off bad when the receptionist pointed down a dark corridor saying "The rooms are that way". I never did find a light switch. Rooms were clean and warm, staff helpfull & friendly, good value for money. Considering breakfast is complimentry it was excellent. Would reccomend this hotel to others. Had Sunday lunch and I must say for £5 it was tasteful & plentyful.

All the staff were very friendly and helpfull, Excellent value for money, the food was beautifull and the locals were also friendly. The bar has a good athmosphere and everyone makes you feel very welcome. I will be staying there again and would recommend the haven to others.

What can i say about this hotel other than "where do they get the staff!". They stand around talking to each other when they can clearly see people are waiting.
