What a shame, this place must have been THE place back in the day. Sadly now it needs a bit of a de clutter and a good clean. (I think the hoover must be broken!). The bed linen was bright white, clean & fresh at least.

Although we arrived early we were warmly welcomed and booked straight in. We stayed for 2 nights and were marvellously looked after with excellent meals. We had a trip on the train (NYMR) on the middle day and the evening meal was tailored to suit or requirements. Could not fault this lovely hotel.
