I have stayed in this hotel every year for the past 10 years, and it's been quite consistent...good for a small european hotel. It's not a 5 star by any means, but you have to expect that in a small German city. it was clean and comfortable. The food is great in the restaurant. For my last trip, I stayed in arguably the biggest and best room, #311. Only problem was the small bathroom, but again, typical for Europeans. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work in my room, and you had to pay for it. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate. I enjoy staying in this hotel because it's convenient for my business. Haven't tried the spa & wellness facilities,but they were promoted quite a bit. more
