I stay at the Kreuzberghof occasionally on business. It's in a quiet, idyllic location at the edge of Tiefenbach - deep in the countryside.
The rooms are fantastic. Recently refurbished, very large and with huge bathrooms. The room rate via my company is very good value.
The service is a bit quirky, but I've never had a problem. I can't comment on the quality of the restaurant as I always like to dine at the Heitlinger restaurant at the other end of the village. That's a great dining experience and the restaurant has it's own wine making.
The Kreuzberghof does take a bit of finding, but it's not far from either the A5 or A6 and I'd recommend it. more
