Recently stayed here on a business trip and it was like stepping back into 1970's Crossroads motel style. Rooms were in serious need of decoration and the level of comfort was akin to an Ibis hotel. Clean enough (just) and food in restaurant was ok but I will not be rushing back
We stayed one night in this hotel. Our stay was in combination with the spa that is attached to the hotel.
Plus:
-Clean hotel
-Friendly and professional staff
-beautiful and relaxing location
-Spa attached is very modern, very beautiful, very professional and the staff is polite
-Very good prices

We stayed here for 2 nights in Jul. We up-graded our room to a junior suite and found it to be great large. Sittard is about 15 mins by car and is a very nice little town to look around. The hotel has a health club next door to it, which was free to use. Just be careful as this...

We came from our town by car just for the connected Thermen. We can't say anything about the hotel and the restaurant, but we were just shocked about the fact that the Thermen was forbidden to enter without badsuits. We left immediately because we not allowed to do that according to our religion. Further it looked great and very clean,...

We stayed here in April 2009 and had a great time. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean. No safes. The breakfast is one of the nicest I have had and I travel a lot - real fruit juice, real jams, decent sausages...
Ample parking (free) and the spa next door is great - special offer of 15 Euros per...

I booked a stay for 1 night at the last minute and got a deal for DBL room with breakfast for 65€ (normal price was over 100€).
You definitely need a car to get there, it is located near a roadway.
The room and overall the hotel was clean, though I wouldn't give it 4 stars, maybe 3 the most....

This hotel was refurbished 18 months ago, when a Spa ('Thermen') was added, together with a lovely garden and a large terrace. It is only 5 minutes from the main highway to Maastricht, but as you are surrounded by forest, it is very quiet. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent. A massive buffet, efficient staff and again nice views...

We should have listened to the only other reviewer! We booked online hoping the four star claim and the "junior suite" would be reasonable. They claimed a "king size bed" which turned out to be only two small twin mattresses pushed together. They admitted at reception they had NO kingsized beds. The mattresses themselves were so poor, you could feel...

We don't have a car, but we were told that we could easily reach the hotel by public transportation.
We took the train to station Sittard and looked for a cab. No cab, so we called the hotel.
I contacted the hotel in advcance to ask the price of a taxi. They told me it would cost between 10-12,50 euro's....
