We stayed at Surfer's Paradise for 5 nights. The first thiny you see when you get there ist the beautiful view. At the bar, they serve a quiet ok breakfast for $5, which is a bit more than you pay at other restaurants in town. There's also lunch you can have there, which we never had though.
