Telkibanya is a hot spot for a bit of untouched Hungary, and nature. A small village in a valley in a dark forested mountains. I would recommend this location for people interested in quiet, natural beauty and historical ruins. The "Panzio" or "Fogado" is clean and comfortable. The food isn't the best, but for a village in Eastern Europe you won't find that much better. This is especially an issue if you are vegetarian and appreciate fresh fruits and veggies.
