it was the gr8 experince to be in a spring valley resort , McLeod Ganj, room was so good, services was very nice. really it was great. staff of the hotel was so nice, we feel that we r in our second home. after getting such treatment we always like to visit that place again and again.

The owners of this hotel are absolutely nice people and very customer oriented. Our travel agent had messed our bookings in terms of the room. The photos on their website are quite deceptive. primarily because they cannot describe the poor service at spring valley. We had 2 rooms booked here for 3 nights. we were given the honeymoon suite though we just asked fo the normal room. there was no heater in december. we had to pay extra for the heater and later it conked out and we were freezing. the room has high ceiling which is a no-no for hill stations, esp in Himalayas and in DEcember. room wasn't painted well also,...
