Haven't been there for years but certainly ddin't regret stopping today for Lunch. We sat in garden at the back and enjoy our Lunch. We stayed at the Trooper over a wedding weekend with the groom and his family. The hotel had somehow lost the groom's bedroom reservation and got off to a bad start by being utterly ungracious about giving him their last spare one. My husband and i have been here quite a few times, and even had a mini honeymoon here!!! We always come here to relax and the staff are excellant.
