We have used this chain many times and it is probably the worst place we have ever stayed! The room stank of cigarette smoke (although supposed to be non-smoking) but the worst was the bathroom. Aside from the smell, it looked like the sink had been sprayed with green slime and hairs; it resembled a sink which has been shaved...
