We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of a tour of Piemonte. Lovely, historic surroundings and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Reception staff helped with making and changing bookings and were pleasant. Wonderful stay. We had the cannubi suite with his and hers bathrooms. They didn't offer conditioner or body lotion which I found strange. The room was spacious and clean other wise. Great place to stay. Also with small children like everywhere in Italy. Clean. Leader sofas in the room smelled. Otherwise top. Nice staff rounds up the stay. Excellent food and good breakfast. Excellent wine choice also for open wines. But what do you expect in the heart of the piemont.

What a wonderful treasure. We spent the morning at the Banca del Vino having a tour of the wine cellar and learning about the college at the site. Nice outside decks for pre-dinner drinks, an amazing restaurant, a wine cellar that is sort of a time capsule for wines of the Region (and Italy) and decent rooms for meetings.
